We specialize in designing and recommending the correct die specifications for optimum performance.

Finished dies for wire, bar and tube are manufactured with proper approach angles, bearing lengths, tolerances and surface finishes for the most efficient drawing. Standard ‘R’ series nibs or special profiles will be recommended based on the particular application.

Even special case requirements are routine for our machining department. The latest CNC machining centre’s, conventional lathes and supplementary machinery are available to fabricate case diameters to 28 inches.

We have mastered the skill of designing for dies of drawing and extrusion. We also manufacture round hole extrusion dies.
