We specialize in designing and recommending the correct die specifications for optimum performance.

Finished dies for wire, bar and tube are manufactured with proper approach angles, bearing lengths, tolerances and surface finishes for the most efficient drawing. Standard ‘R’ series nibs or special profiles will be recommended based on the particular application.

Even special case requirements are routine for our machining department. The latest CNC machining centers, conventional lathes and supplementary machinery are available to fabricate case diameters to 28 inches.

Considering the requirement of every customer, there are various parameters that has to be considered during designing of any die and we have technical staff experienced enough to design the best geometry of wire drawing dies as per requirement.
